We didn’t start in a boardroom. We started from a humble chakki (flour mill), built beside our family’s farm. For generations, our family has grown wheat on this land, carefully harvested, sun-dried, and ground into flour that smells like home. Our elders didn’t believe in shortcuts, and neither do we.

As flour from local markets became whiter but emptier, tasteless and stripped of nutrients, we realized something had to change. That’s when we decided to bring back the true taste and nourishment of chakki atta, whole grain, stone-ground, fresh, and free from chemicals or bleaching.
